The company currently has two production lines, PROBAN and CP, producing two series of flame-retardant products: woven and knitted. The flame-retardant fabrics have passed tests by the Ministry of Public Security and the National Labor Protection Product Quality Inspection Center, meeting all the requirements of the national standard GB8965-98 "Flame-retardant Protective Clothing." The fabric also meets the EU standards EN470-1 for welder's work clothes, EN531, and EN533, and complies with US federal government regulations requiring imported children's clothing to pass the 16CFR1615/1616 children's sleepwear 50-wash flame-retardant standard. It has also been tested in the UK and meets the flame-retardant fabric first-grade requirements of the US and UK. It has won several awards, including the National Flame-Retardant Textile Product Commemorative Award in 1987, the Hubei Province Excellent New Product "Golden Crane Award" in 1989, and the National Excellent Flame-Retardant Textile Product Development Award in 1990. It has also passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and is a leader in domestic product quality.
Flame-retardant fabrics are functional products treated with special production techniques to effectively prevent the burning and spread of flames while preserving the original properties of the fabric. The fabric is durable, washable, non-toxic, odorless, safe for human use, breathable, moisture-permeable, soft to the touch, and comfortable to wear. It is suitable for making flame-retardant protective clothing for industries such as metallurgy, machinery, forestry, and fire fighting, and can also be used as decorative fabric in hotels and restaurants. In addition, the company can also produce other special protective fabrics, such as anti-static fabrics, acid and alkali-resistant fabrics, waterproof and breathable composite fabrics, oil-repellent and water-repellent fabrics, and three-proof fabrics.
