The test results from authoritative institutions such as the National Textile Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the National Building Materials Testing Center show that the wall covering possesses fire-retardant, antibacterial, mildew-proof, sound-insulating, and heat-insulating functions that ordinary wall coverings cannot achieve. The surface is also waterproof, oil-proof, and dirt-proof, and its formaldehyde content is less than 1/10 of ordinary products.
According to experts, in developed countries, fire resistance has become a necessary function for interior decoration materials. To avoid more fire accidents, the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security of China has also issued a clear regulation that, from July 1, 2008, public places must use fire-retardant products; otherwise, acceptance will not be approved.
